This Privacy Policy explains how Unari (“Unari,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Unari mobile application and related services (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the App.
A. Information you provide: photos and videos you upload to generate content; text prompts and scripts you type; support messages you send us (if any).
B. Information collected automatically: device identifiers (e.g., Apple IDFV or an app install ID), OS version, language, model; usage and performance data (feature taps, screens viewed, render time, errors); crash diagnostics; purchase and subscription status (via Apple/RevenueCat).
C. From service providers: Apple App Store (purchase receipts), RevenueCat (entitlements and subscription state), AppsFlyer (SKAdNetwork-only install attribution without IDFA), PostHog (aggregated analytics), Sentry (crash reports).
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, or precise location. We do not use IDFA or cross-app tracking and do not serve third-party ads.
2. How we use information
Provide the service (process uploads and prompts to generate outputs, maintain credits and subscriptions). Improve reliability and quality (diagnose issues, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse). Customer support. We do not sell your data or share it for third-party targeted advertising. We rely on SKAdNetwork for ad measurement.
3. AI processing
To create outputs, your uploads and prompts may be transmitted to Unari servers and to trusted model providers solely to perform the requested generation. We do not allow public browsing of your creations in-app. Unless we clearly ask and you opt in, your content is not used to train models unrelated to providing the service to you.
4. When we share information
We share information only with service providers under contracts that limit their use to our instructions: RevenueCat (subscription management), AppsFlyer SKAdNetwork (attribution), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (crash diagnostics), and hosting/storage for secure processing of uploads and outputs. We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights and safety.
5. Data retention
Uploads and generated outputs are stored only as long as needed to provide the feature and your account history; you can request deletion at any time. Analytics and logs are retained for a commercially reasonable period to operate, secure, and improve the App. We delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer required.
6. Your choices and rights
Delete your content or data by emailing support@unari.ai with your device ID (Settings → About). You can request analytics opt-out for your device ID. EU/UK users may have rights to access, erase, correct, or restrict processing and to data portability and objection. Our legal bases include performance of a contract, legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), and consent where we rely on it. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request access or deletion via support@unari.ai.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and regular monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. International transfers
We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the App or by updating the effective date.
